As a Knowledge Graph and Semantic Engineer, you will play an essential role in establishing and providing semantic and graph-based solutions across our production, supply chain, and advancement functions. You will engineer robust and scalable ontology-driven knowledge models, construct and query knowledge charts, incorporate structured and disorganized data, and use semantic standards to boost data interoperability. Collaborating carefully with item groups and data engineers, you will bring semantic abilities into real-world company applications. This is a chance to work at the forefront of semantic data technologies in the pharmaceutical industry-enabling FAIR data, accelerating AI utilize cases, and driving smarter digital operations.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher, and home chart modeling.

  • Proficiency with RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL, and other semantic web innovations. Python abilities with experience in information technology pipelines, REST APIs, and automation.
  • Ability to equate organization principles into structured, ontology-driven understanding designs.
  • End-to-end experience delivering graph or semantic information tasks in production environments.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (Master's chosen).

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    - Familiarity with tools like Protégé, VocBench, or TopBraid for ontology advancement.
  • Exposure to graph-based AI/ML usage cases such as embeddings, thinking, or LLM integration.
  • Understanding of information governance, metadata, and FAIR principles.
  • Experience with commercial or making data from systems such as ERP, MES, IoT platforms, or Cognite Data Fusion.
  • Awareness of usage case particular GenAI tools readily available in the market and their application in everyday work circumstances.
  • Possess working knowledge of standard triggering techniques and continually improve these skills.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and GenAI, applying new insights to job-related situations.
